Participate in three ways:
1. BOWL - Treat clients,
employees and yourself to a fun evening! Each bowler will enjoy pizza,
breadsticks and soda for dinner, two games of bowling, free shoe rental,
and a chance to win prizes and trophies! A shotgun start ensures all
bowlers
time to meet after bowling, network, and participate in the silent auction.
Trophies for best team score, best individual score, and a few others we haven't thought of yet will be
awarded at the end of the evening. Surprise contests will pop up during
play to reward those who are having a great or even terrible game!
This full and exciting event is only $20 per
bowler!
Please complete the

2. SPONSORSHIPS - Sponsorship
is an excellent way to gain exposure for your business. Lane sponsors
will have their business's name on a screen above each lane they sponsor
for the entire evening. Dinner sponsors will have their business's name
along side the dinner buffet. Award sponsors will have their business's
name on the awards table. All sponsors will be mentioned at various
points during the evening and interested sponsors may also submit
scripts for commercials to be read live throughout the night! If you would
like to be a sponsor at this year's event, please email the following
information to Tim O'Donohue at todonohue@apcc-chgo.org or print this page and fax the completed
form to (773) 345-0512 by August 14, 2007.
3. DONATE RAFFLE ITEMS - Donations of raffle and silent auction items can
provide exposure to your company. Thank
you for your support and your items! If you would like to make a
donation or have any further questions, please contact Tim O'Donohue at
(773) 583-5111 x 204 or by email at todonohue@apcc-chgo.org.
