Services: This community collaborative project with the Illinois Criminal Justice Information Authority focuses on rebuilding vulnerable neighborhoods and protecting young people.  It offers a wide range of services, including social and emotional development and a youth employment program.  APCC is the lead coordinating agency in the Albany Park community and has coordinated direct services with four partner agencies.
