Services: The Housing Resource Center (HRC) provides information and referrals to any renter, landlord, or homeowner with housing issues and concerns, APCC's HRC conducts periodic seminars on various housing programs available throughout the City of Chicago. Topics include rental rights, home repair and improvement, and understanding all aspects of your current lease. The HRC coordinator is also available to speak to local civic groups and organizations about these programs and to assist individuals in locating additional housing service.
