CHIEF EXECUTIVE
OFFICER
Diane M. Yost

Diane Yost has
more than 38 years of experience in the field of human services. Prior
to joining the Albany Park Community Center, she held a variety of
leadership and management positions in both public and private agencies,
including serving as President CEO of Arden Shore Child and Family
Services and Chicago Child Care Society as well as the Director of the
Child Welfare Training Academy, through the auspices of the University
of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, for the Illinois Department of Children
and Family Services. Yost has taught, conducted training and
consultation in the area of nonprofit management. She received her
Bachelor of Arts degree from Bradley University and her Masters in
Social Work from the Jane Addams College of Social Work at the
University of Illinois, Chicago. In addition she has completed
certificate programs from the Loyola and Kellogg Schools of Business
Administration and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.

David Lyke
Chief Operating Officer

David Lyke has worked in the field of youth and family services for more than 25
years. He is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and holds
Masters’ Degrees in Divinity from the University of Dallas and
Counseling from Loyola University in Chicago. Before joining Albany Park
Community Center, he worked for Dallas County Juvenile Detention, the
Diocese of Dallas, T.K. Gorman High School, OMNI Youth Services and The
IDS Group. David’s fields of expertise include Change Management, Youth
Development and Executive Level Administration. He has been with the
Albany Park Community Center as the Senior Director of Youth and
Intervention Services since the beginning of 2007.
Dina Evans
Director of Children's Programs

Dina Evans has worked in the field
of early childhood care and education for more than 18 years. Before
joining Albany Park Community Center, she taught in private children's programs and with at-risk children in a Head Start program in
Michigan. Evans spent a year abroad as a teacher and consultant in a
preschool program in Taiwan. She has experience as a museum educator and
contributing writer for the Museum of Science and Industry. She is
currently a Community Fellow with the Center for Urban Research and
Learning at Loyola as a member of the ‘Child Care Policy and Standards’ team. Evans
has received certificates from Loyola University’s School of Business
and Administrative Executive Education Programs in Leadership and
Project Management. She received her Bachelor of Science
degree from Michigan State University and her Masters of Education from
Loyola University Erikson Institute.
Kurt Lewis
Director of Development

Kurt Lewis has worked in the field of youth and family services for the past 5
years. He received a Bachelor’s Degree in Theatre with a dual emphasis
in Directing and Acting from the University of Northern Colorado. Kurt
has also studied secondary education and political science extensively
and is certified in project management and youth development practice.
Prior to his current position, he worked for the Albany Park Community
Center for four years as the director of Teen REACH at Volta Elementary
School and as the Violence Prevention Coordinator for CeaseFire Albany
Park. Kurt is also a professional actor around Chicago and completed the
Conservatory Program at Second City.
Sheila Rotman
Director of Marketing and Communication

Sheila Rotman has more than 35 years of experience in the fields of publications,
special events, community affairs and public relations. Before joining
the Albany Park Community Center, she held positions in industry as well
as the academic sector. Former affiliations included Communications
Coordinator for International Telephone and Telegraph as well as a host
of positions with Northeastern Illinois University. Her last position
at the university was Director of Community Affairs and Publications.
Rotman received both her Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Arts and
her Master of Arts degree in Literature from Northeastern Illinois
University. She has served on numerous boards in the community as well
as professional associations.
Mary O’Reilly
Director of Human Resources
Mary O’Reilly has been with the Albany Park Community Center for over 20 years. Prior to becoming a full-time employee with the agency she worked for the Chicago Public Schools in the office of Casimir Pulaski Elementary School. She is currently the Director of Human Resources for the agency. In this capacity she manages payroll and benefits for the staff of 160 employees.
